1. Contact Us First
If there’s an issue with your order, please email us at privacy@myshophaven.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:

A description (and photo, if possible) of the issue
2. What Can Be Returned?

Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect when you receive them

Items that are unused and in their original condition
Please note:

Personalized or custom-made items (if you offer these) usually can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
3. Refunds or Exchanges
Once we confirm the issue, we can:

Send you a replacement, or

Process a refund to your original payment method
Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
4. Shipping Costs

If we made a mistake (wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover return shipping costs.

If you change your mind, you may need to cover the return shipping.
5. International Orders
For orders outside Australia, we’ll do our best to help, but shipping times and costs for returns may be higher.
